Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months in a shift management or supervisory role.

• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Manage shifts and coach team members.
• Hire, train, and onboard employees when needed.
• Monitor safety and report issues to HR as required.
• Ensure food safety and audit procedures are followed.
