As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will train staff, lead daily huddles, ensure food quality, manage scheduling and onboarding, and help drive guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop servant leadership — puts your people and restaurant first — not yourself.
• Create memorable experiences — deliver a service experience guests cannot wait to return for.
• Balance guest experience with achieving financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides onboarding and training.
• Lead inspiring team huddles to motivate and inform the team.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members.
• Builds shift supervisor capability and prepares them for the next level.
• Monitors speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming, clean, and adheres to quality standards.
• Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to improve guest metrics and operational performance.
• Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC).
• Oversee cash handling, HACCP logs, and inventory processes.
