Qualifications include 2+ years of restaurant management, a valid driver's license, and a flexible schedule. NRA ServSafe certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• NRA ServSafe Food and Alcohol certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining fast, accurate service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Ensuring safety codes and company safety policies are met.
• Assisting in profit and loss management and inventory control.
• Assisting in recruiting and hiring restaurant team members.
• Ensuring equipment, facility, and grounds standards are maintained.
• Ensuring food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
• Assisting in executing marketing plans.
