Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist GM/AGM in schedule generation and planning.
• Support inventory management and cost controls for food and labor.
• Educate and coach crew members to maintain service standards.
• Monitor crew performance and address issues with AGM.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and sanitation standards.
• Attend weekly store meetings and contribute to achieving objectives.
