Hawaiian Bros in Gretna, NE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, support the GM and AGM, and drive sales and guest satisfaction. You will oversee scheduling, stock control, and training while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document crew performance; support development
• Address crew concerns and communicate with AGM
• Coach staff to resolve guest issues and uphold service standards
• Educate staff on regulations and customer service expectations
• Support financial goals by motivating staff and assisting marketing
• Schedule shifts to balance work life with business needs
• Manage clock-ins/outs and breaks; enforce accountability
• Assist with inventories, deliveries, and cost calculations under AGM guidance
• Develop trainers and team leads; evaluate performance
• Ensure compliance with productivity and quality standards
• Lead store meetings and share best practices
• Assist with new initiatives as directed by AGM/GM
• Maintain operations compliant with safety, sanitation, and equipment upkeep
• Prepare and review financial reports and cash/documentation
