Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant areas to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead and develop managers, shift leaders and frontline staff.
• Manage staffing, performance reviews and staff development.
• Ensure food safety, sanitary practices and compliance with Moe’s standards.
• Monitor financials, sales, labor, and costs; use monthly P&L to drive profitability.
• Engage with the local community and represent the restaurant positively.
