Job summary

Noodles & Company is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Helena to help lead daily restaurant operations, ensure high standards, and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, safety, and cash handling while maintaining cost controls and guest satisfaction.

The role requires prior restaurant management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior hotel or restaurant management or similar discipline.
• Minimum 1-year progressive experience in a restaurant management role.
• Hands-on management style with day-to-day involvement.
• Excellent project management and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office and POS.

Responsibilities

• Set up restaurant mise en place.
• Ensure all food and beverage products are prepared according to specifications.
• Review performance and assist with deficiency correction.
• Support sales efforts and build relationships with Guests and vendors.
• Address Guest issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Professionally develop and coach team members.
• Coordinate inventory control and quality control projects and physical inventories.
• Maintain 100% accuracy with labor management costs by monitoring fiscal reporting.
• Maintain a safe working environment by implementing safety programs.
• Work irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain highest QSC standards at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
