Qualifications

• Experience in leadership or management is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or restaurant operations.
• Ability to lead across front- and back-of-house.
• Lead with energy, positivity, and consistency during busy shifts.
• Uphold food safety, quality, cleanliness, and daily operational standards.
• Must be able to obtain food safety licenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver great food and guest experiences on each shift.
• Ensure smooth operations, open/close routines, and communicate issues to the team.
