Hart2Hart, Inc. DBA McDonalds in Sioux Falls is seeking a Lead Department Manager to support the restaurant GM and oversee day-to-day operations. You will lead a team, manage scheduling, training, and ensure service quality while maintaining safety standards.

This full-time role offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour with bonus opportunities. Strong leadership, reliability, and a commitment to guest satisfaction are essential as you help drive performance and growth within the McDonalds

Qualifications

• Must be serve safe certified.
• Must be trained in all department manager areas (3).
• Must have completed the Developing the Leader in Me program.
• Minimum 20 years old.
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be permitted to work in the US.
• Availability mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of employees including scheduling and training.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure food quality and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Operate grills, fryers, and drink dispensers.
• Keep the restaurant clean and welcoming.
• Develop employees through feedback and coaching.
• Handle money counts, registers, deposits.
