Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a Springfield, NJ location, overseeing kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience to deliver peak performance each shift.

You will own daily results, coach hourly teammates, maintain brand standards, manage labor and inventory, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive growth while upholding food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
• Experience leading hourly teams and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution across kitchen, service, fulfillment, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and shift readiness.
• Use data/feedback to identify issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, labor, and health standards.
• Coach and develop hourly team members to improve performance.
• Partner with Senior Operations Leader on hiring and training.
• Lead pilot programs and scale best practices.
