A leading fast food franchise is seeking an Assistant Manager to assist the general manager in daily operations. You will manage the restaurant in the absence of the general manager and ensure that all operational standards are met. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a similar role and possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills. This position offers a dynamic work environment in Marana, Arizona.

Formación

• Prefer a minimum of one year of experience as an assistant restaurant manager.
• Current food handlers’ certification highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the entire restaurant operation in absence of the general manager.
• Assist with profit and loss management, inventory management, and purchasing.
• Ensure that all standards of service and menu items are executed to the highest standard.
