Jollibee Irvine is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant General Manager and management team in achieving store goals through hands-on operations, cost control, and crew leadership. The role may be part-time or full-time and requires reliability and flexibility to work varied schedules, including holidays.

The ideal candidate brings strong communication, a high-energy attitude, and experience in a fast-paced food or retail environment, plus proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school education completed.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in food or retail.
• High energy level and ability to work varied schedules including holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented, self-driven, fast learner and adaptable.
• Computer literacy in MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant General Manager/Store Management Team in achieving store business goals through effective operations support.
• Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation programs.
• Implement assigned Crew Management activities.
• Implement assigned Cost Management activities.
• Manage operations of assigned Packaged Program.
