Job summary

Nemacolin, a private luxury resort in Pennsylvania’s Laurel Highlands, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for The Pub at Wisteria. You will lead daily service alongside the Restaurant Manager, coach associates, and uphold Nemacolin hospitality standards while maintaining an organized, welcoming shift environment.

Responsibilities include coaching new associates, coordinating on-floor service, and ensuring food safety, liquor compliance, and strong guest engagement throughout every shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum one to two years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage restaurant or outlet.
• Current ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certification and RAMP Owner/Manager and Server/Seller Certification, or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations to ensure consistent guest experience.
• Coach associates, support onboarding, and develop team performance.
• Ensure a safe, compliant dining environment with food safety and liquor law adherence.
• Engage with guests and associates to maintain welcoming, engaging service.
