Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.

• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• May oversee Departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory) and report results to managers.
• Ensure Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for best service.
• Hire, train, and schedule crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
