Job summary

SONIC Drive-In is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality food, safety, sanitation, and a positive guest experience during shifts. You will hire, train, supervise, and coach the crew, manage labor and supplies, and enforce policies while maintaining an upbeat atmosphere, especially during rushes.

The role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive

Qualifications

Minimum six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
Experience running shifts without supervision.
Excellent leadership and communication skills are required.
Ability to prioritize and manage competing tasks during busy periods.
