Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant with a full bar is preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly is required.

Responsabilités

• Assists General Manager with overall staffing planning.
• Monitors all repair and maintenance needs for the restaurant.
• Conducts administrative manager functions, including entering invoices.
• Responsible for the restaurant’s Guest Comment program.
