You will support leadership, maintain records, manage schedules, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Office management or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely bill payments and invoicing.
• Maintain vendor relationships and accounts.
• Strategic creation of weekly shift schedules.
• Record employee time off and availability; monitor time punches.
• Office management and confidential record-keeping.
• Monitor daily sales recognition and cash flow reporting.
• Assist with End Of Month procedures and reporting.
• Support Operators and Directors with business needs.
• Contribute to daily operations of a high-volume restaurant.
