Zusammenfassung

GSR Brands, parent to Gold Star and Tom & Chee, is seeking a Marketing Manager in Cincinnati to drive campaigns, loyalty programs, and local store marketing. You will coordinate across agencies, franchise partners, operators, and technology platforms to bring strategies to life.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of marketing experience, strong project management, and a collaborative, fast-paced approach. Punchh experience is highly desired and you’ll report to the Head of Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 3–5 years of marketing experience.
• Restaurant, franchise, hospitality, or multi-unit consumer experience preferred.
• Experience managing campaigns, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with loyalty, CRM, POS, digital ordering, or restaurant technology.
• Punchh experience highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Campaign & project management: execute campaigns from brief to launch, manage timelines and approvals.
• Loyalty, CRM & digital marketing: grow loyalty programs, segment audiences, and coordinate digital campaigns.
• Restaurant marketing & technology: support local store marketing, promotions, and cross-functional tech coordination.
• Agency, vendor & brand coordination: manage briefs with agencies, designers, and vendors.
• Reporting & continuous improvement: track sales, loyalty metrics, and campaign learnings.
