Perkins Griddle & Go in Flemington, NJ is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. This role offers a pathway to grow with a passionate crew focused on delivering great food and exceptional guest experiences.

You will support daily operations, supervise team members, ensure safety and quality, and help with scheduling, onboarding, and training while handling guest concerns and inventory management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willing to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, coach, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and service standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and safety standards are consistently met.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and employee onboarding and training.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimize waste.
• Open and/or close the restaurant, including cash handling and end-of-day reporting.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive, hands-on attitude
