Job summary

Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill in Euless, TX is seeking an experienced Assistant General Restaurant Manager to lead a high-volume operation. You will oversee front-of-house and bar teams, ensure superior guest service, and drive sales through staff development and engagement.

The role requires at least 5 years of leadership in busy venues with craft cocktails, draught beer, and wine, plus a proven record of meeting budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years high volume restaurant/bar management.
• Experience with craft cocktails, draught beer and wine.
• Guest-first philosophy and strong team-building skills.
• Track record of growing sales via staff engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Able to thrive in high-volume settings and coordinate FOH/BOH.

Responsibilities

Thirsty Lion Gastropub & Grill in Euless Glade Park has an opportunity for a high volume Assistant General Restaurant Manager to join the team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years high volume restaurant/bar management
• Bar Manager must have experience with craft cocktails, draught beer and wine and show track record of developing high quality bartenders
