The ideal candidate has 5+ years in high-volume restaurant management, strong knowledge of craft cocktails, beer and wine, and a proven ability to grow sales through staff engagement and outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years high-volume restaurant/bar management.
• Experience with craft cocktails, draught beer and wine.
• Personal philosophy that guests and employees come first.
• Exceptional team-building skills.
• Track record of growing restaurant and bar sales by engagement and guest satisfaction.
• Thrive in high-volume situations and coordinate with FOH and BOH.
• Respectful of kitchen, guests and coworkers.
