Jungl Lounge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations across Bequia and Villa. You will supervise staff, ensure quality service, and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.

The role demands strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and the ability to handle inventory and supplier coordination, with flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Hospitality or Food & Beverage operations.
• 1–2 years in supervisory/management role.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
