Job Duties Include:

1. Executing Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
2. Driving positive sales growth.
3. Maintaining a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food-safety, sanitation standards, and procedures.
4. Achieving optimal staff performance through communication, training, scheduling, coaching, and policy enforcement.
5. Controlling costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
6. Recruiting, selecting, and training quality staff to meet staffing objectives.

Job Requirements:

• At least two years of recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
• Steady employment record with at least 2 professional references.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
