FRICKER'S USA, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team in Van Wert. As a manager, you will provide outstanding leadership, inspire your team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute Fricker’s brand of fun, food, sports, and spirits.
2. Drive positive sales growth.
3. Maintain a safe, healthy, and secure environment by adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
4. Lead staff through effective communication, training, scheduling, coaching, and policy enforcement.
5. Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
6. Recruit, select, and train high-quality staff to meet staffing objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years recent restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual setting.
• Steady employment history with at least two professional references.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
