• Partner with peers to troubleshoot issues and share practical knowledge
• Step in on additional duties that support the wider Boston Consulting Group mission
• Read a Table Service system you didn't build and improve it anyway
• Document the why, not just the what, behind every ServSafe Certification decision
• Pair Upselling fluency with the patience to explain it plainly
• Build and sustain strong working relationships across departments
• Stitch together Upselling and Initiative into one coherent workflow
