Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting.
• Prep, cook, and serve food as part of a team.
• Work in a team-oriented environment and maintain standards.
• Provide direction and regular feedback to colleagues, ensuring all duties are performed to standard.
• Accurately manage cash flow and cash handling procedures.
• Control costs through proper use of paper, labor, food and utilities.
• Monitor shift activity to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Follow all procedures for opening and closing the restaurant.
• Handle unexpected occurrences and notify appropriate parties promptly.
