Responsibilities

• Controls cost categories (food, labor, cash, controllable expenses) per guidelines and budget.
• Aims for sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days/parts and schedules.
• Performs hiring for crew, shift leaders, and assistant general manager.
• Coaches and counsels staff and ensures training to certification levels.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and adheres to sanitation guidelines and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with laws and safety standards for employees and guests.
• Manages preventative maintenance and reports needed repairs.
• Delivers excellent guest service and handles complaints to foster repeat business.
• Provides feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
• Manages turnover through effective hiring and training.
• Prepares food as needed and handles cash register duties when required.
