Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Conducts monthly budget and P&L reviews with the General Manager or District Manager.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales and loyalty.
• Controls costs by monitoring crew prep, production, and procedures execution.
• Tracks waste and monitors inventory to minimize loss and optimize efficiency.
• Communicates issues in sales, profit, or shift execution to the General Manager or District Manager.
• Supports the execution of the restaurant's sales and profits plan as defined by leadership.
• Monitors food costs to prevent waste and theft.
