You will lead daily operations, manage labor costs, train and develop crew, and ensure compliance with company policies while driving customer satisfaction and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, scheduling know-how, and the ability to execute standards across service, quality, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Monitors monthly budget and P&L with GM/DM.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Controls costs by monitoring crew prep, production, and procedures.
• Monitors waste and ensures proper inventory and procedures.
• Communicates issues in sales/profit to GM/DM.
• Executes the restaurant's sales and profits plan as defined.
• Ensures product quality by supervising crew performance and feedback.
• Takes service times and supervises customer responsiveness.
• Trains crew in customer courtesy and service improvements.
• Sets daily SOS goals and drives staff adherence to them.
• Trains crew on new products and in the Orientation process.
• Cross-trains staff for flexible shift coverage.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and implements the cleaning plan.
• Follows Preventative Maintenance Program and trains crew accordingly.
