The position offers full-time hours, weekly pay, and a compensation package aligned with hourly rates and performance bonuses. Candidates should be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed for work-related functions and training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation; completes other duties as assigned.
