Geronimo Hospitality Group is Beloit's premier collection of boutique hotels, restaurants and clubs. We seek a Restaurant Manager to lead service, training and daily operations at Henry Dorrbaker's, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong team performance.

You will manage hiring, scheduling, and payroll while maintaining food quality, safety and costs. A high school diploma and a current Food Manager Certification are required, with weekend availability a must.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• High level of professionalism.
• 3+ years in front-of-house/back-of-house or as an assistant manager.
• Excellent basic math and POS system operation.
• Current Food Manager Certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate planning, organizing, training, and leadership to meet sales, cost, and guest satisfaction goals.
• Hire, schedule, train, and supervise staff to ensure service standards.
• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation while controlling costs and inventory.
• Ensure consistent, friendly guest service and compliance with policies.
• Prepare paperwork, reports, and schedules in a timely manner.
