Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a professional, high-performing Restaurant Manager to lead an upscale concept with elevated service on the Gulf Coast. This role requires urgency, excellence, and a calm command of the floor, with relocation to Fairhope, AL.

The candidate will manage front-of-house operations, coach a polished team, and drive consistent, precise execution. The compensation is competitive ($60–$68k) with 100% company-paid health insurance and PTO.
