Responsibilities

• Coaches team and creates a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued.
• Identifies 5-Star talent and places the right people in the right roles through effective scheduling.
• Manages daily operations and staff with GM or DM support.
• Executes company policies, procedures, programs and systems across the restaurant.
• Ensures achievement of restaurant objectives while complying with laws and ethical practices.
• Leads, interviews, trains and develops subordinate employees, with focus on crew development.
• Trains crew on new products and cross-trains for coverage.
• Maintains inventory, controls labor costs and monitors food costs to prevent waste.
• Ensures standards, service times and customer satisfaction through training and feedback.
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and safety according to policies.
• Performs administrative duties and writes crew schedules to meet objectives.
• Maintains Preventative Maintenance and equipment readiness.
