Muse at Sentry, the award-winning fine-dining restaurant located in Stevens Point, WI, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee front-of-house operations. This role partners with the Executive Chef to lead the restaurant team, delivering unique guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing the beverage program, craft cocktails, wines from around the world, and restaurant concierge services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elegant service and can meet the unique expectations of our guests.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all front-of-house operations to ensure efficient service
• Create an inviting environment reflecting the restaurant’s concepts, including décor, service, and cleanliness
• Partner with the Executive Chef on food & beverage development, operational strategies, and staff development
• Establish policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and profitability
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards
• Collaborate on event planning, setup, and execution
• Monitor product quality and guest experience to meet standards
• Develop strategies to improve financial performance

What It Takes

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fine dining
• Strong background in restaurant management
• Sommelier experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills
• Ability to work under deadlines
• Knowledge of food and beverage preparation
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
