Tumbleweed Tex Mex Grill & MargaritaBar is hiring a friendly and charismatic Host to lead customer service duties at our Henderson, KY location. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greet and seat them, and help ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming and departing guests.
• Escort guests to dining area and present menus.
• Seat guests in bar or dining area per preference.
• Inform guests of promotions and who will serve them.
• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant.
• Manage flow of guests into dining and bar areas.
• Provide accurate wait times to guests.
• Attend to guests' needs and requests.
• Observe needs to ensure high quality service.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol policies.
• Assist in dining room by setting/clearing tables and serving beverages.
• Maintain uniform standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet incoming and departing guests
• Escort guests to assigned dining area and presentmenus
• Seat guests in either the bar or dining areadepending on their preference
• Inform guests of current promotions and who will beserving them to ensure a smooth handoff
• Screen incoming calls to the restaurant
• Manage the flow of guests into the dining and barareas
• Provide accurate wait times to incoming guests
• Tend to guests’ needs and requests
• Observe needs throughout dining experience toensure guests receive high quality service
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering tosanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
• Assist in the dining room by setting/clearingtables and serving beverages
• Maintain Tumbleweed uniform standards
• Performs other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularlyrequired to: talk and hear.
