• Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales; $8M+ preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Implement and uphold service standards, operational procedures, and service excellence throughout the restaurant.
• Work well with Kitchen and Bar staff.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging team members and guests alike.
