Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age with a minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Ability to accurately handle money and process transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure company policy and Brand Quality Standards are followed.
• Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs.
• Training and developing new hourly team members.
• Increase sales by ensuring efficient operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members.
• Ensure food quality and customer service standards.
• Achieve and maintain required certifications.
