You will train and develop crew, manage labor costs, monitor food costs, and ensure compliance with all policies and laws while delivering consistent service.

Responsabilités

• Sales and Profit: manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Quality: monitor product quality during shift by talking with customers and supervising crew performance.
• Service: train crew to respond promptly to customer needs and measure service times.
• Training: train crew in new products and develop new managers; use Orientation and Training process.
• Administration: write crew schedule and comply with standards; handle cash control and health inspections.
