Job summary

Rosati's Pizza - Rochester is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the operation. You will deliver high-quality service, manage front and back-of-house activities, and supervise staff to uphold Rosati's standards.

You will hire and schedule staff, oversee food preparation, monitor health and safety, and drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Manager in restaurant/hospitality.
• Proven customer service experience as a manager.
• Strong leadership and people skills.
• Acute financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front and back of the house restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
• Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Control operations costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and events.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
