Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Newtown Square seeks a Restaurant Manager to assist the General Manager and Chef in daily operations. You will supervise Front and Back-of-House teams and ensure guests experience our renowned hospitality.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and maintaining service excellence, with a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends. A track record in hospitality and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of restaurant/hospitality experience
• Strong communication skills with ability to mentor hourly team members
• High School Diploma or GED required; corporate training program completion preferred
