Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual or casual dining preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, labor management, and P&L accountability is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Passion for coaching teams and creating excellent guest experiences.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure outstanding food quality, service, cleanliness, and efficiency
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders
• Create schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize productivity
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and health regulations
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns professionally
• Foster a positive team culture focused on accountability, growth, and hospitality
