You will direct hourly partners, control costs, and maintain a sanitary, energetic work environment while delivering the Newk’s Experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communications, supervisory and guest service skills.
• Computer literacy; comfortable with Microsoft Office software.
• Some college preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Some restaurant managerial experience preferred.

• Provide direction and motivation to hourly partners to ensure execution of all duties for an exceptional NEWK'S Experience.
