Experience with scheduling, inventory, and systems like CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred. The role offers full-time hours in New Mexico, with a salary range and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience with scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CrunchTime, HotSchedules, or similar systems preferred.
