Everyday Coffee Company in Spanish Fork, Utah, is seeking a Restaurant Manager with 2+ years of leadership experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing team.

You will drive sales, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and manage scheduling and inventory in a fast-paced environment. CrunchTime/HotSchedules experience preferred; competitive compensation includes bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in fast-paced food service.
• Proven ability to develop teams and maintain high guest service.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Experience scheduling and inventory management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CrunchTime or HotSchedules is preferred.
