4 Rivers Smokehouse is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Central Florida team. You’ll drive day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure scratch cooking and genuine hospitality define every guest experience.

You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, hire and train teammates, and partner with managers to hit restaurant goals. A strong hands-on leader, you’ll develop future leaders and maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Experience in front of house or back of house or both.
• A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences.
• An appreciation for quality food and scratch cooking.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• The ability to work effectively with both service and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Help create a positive, welcoming and accountable team environment.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are consistently met.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Take an active role in kitchen execution, food quality and scratch cooking.
• Help ensure our food is prepared consistently and to 4 Rivers standards.
• Support ordering, inventory, labor management and other operational needs.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, training and onboarding.
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety and overall restaurant standards.
• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally.
• Work alongside your team and jump in wherever you're needed.
• Partner with other managers to achieve restaurant goals.
• Help develop future leaders and create opportunities for team members to grow.
