Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience
• Experience in any area of restaurant operations — front of house, back of house or both
• A passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
• An appreciation for quality food and scratch cooking
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• The ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
• A hands‑on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• The ability to work effectively with both service and kitchen teams

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders
• Help create an exceptional guest experience and a positive team environment
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are consistently met
• Support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations
• Take an active role in kitchen execution, food quality and preparation
• Help ensure our scratch‑made food is prepared consistently and to our standards
• Support ordering, inventory, labor management and other operational needs
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, training and onboarding
• Monitor cleanliness, food safety and overall restaurant standards
• Work alongside your team and jump in wherever you're needed
• Handle guest concerns and operational challenges with professionalism
• Partner with the management team to achieve restaurant goals
• Help build a culture of accountability, teamwork and hospitality
