4 Rivers Smokehouse in Tampa is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Tampa Market. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, great guest experiences, and team success, covering both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations while maintaining scratch cooking standards.

Ideal candidates have prior restaurant management experience, a passion for hospitality, and strong coaching and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Experience in front of house, back of house, or both.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Appreciation for quality food and scratch cooking.
• Experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in.
• Ability to work effectively with service and kitchen teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop restaurant team members and shift leaders.
• Create exceptional guest experiences and a positive team environment.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure standards are met.
• Support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Take an active role in kitchen execution, food quality and preparation.
• Ensure scratch-made food is prepared consistently and to standards.

• Monitor cleanliness, food safety and overall restaurant standards.
