Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coach and develop staff to meet customer service expectations in order fulfillment.
• Understand financial reporting including P&L to drive business improvements.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
