Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Pass the Company’s background process.
• Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance.
• Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Obtain a valid, state-approved Seller/Server certification for alcohol within 90 days.
• No visible tattoos above the uniform unless concealed.

Responsibilities

• Overall operation of a single restaurant ensuring desired outcomes.
• Interact with customers and manage dining room operations.
• Motivate team members to exceed customer expectations.
• Manage the restaurant’s profit and loss.
• Operate a point of sale terminal.
