Job summary

Carlisle Corporation, a Wendy's franchisee, seeks a Restaurant Manager in Demopolis, AL. You will support the General Manager by coaching the team, scheduling staff, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient restaurant environment aimed at maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will hire and train crew, monitor labor and food costs, ensure policy compliance, and drive service excellence while leading by example in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach the team and create a fun, inviting work environment where staff feel respected and valued.
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and staff with guidance from the GM or DM.
• Hire, train, and develop crew; conduct interviews and ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor labor costs, schedule appropriately, and track costs against budgets and P&L.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, programs and systems.
